Bookings at the Dernford Nook campsite

Campsite fees are pppn = per-person-per-night and pp = per-participant

  • Cambridge or Newmarket District Scouts: £2 pppn
  • Scouting out of District and Guides: £4 pppn
  • Other Youth Groups & Schools: £5 pppn
  • Day usage, not staying the night: £10 per group
  • Kitchen usage: £10 per day
  • Activity Equipment wear-and-tear contribution £0.50p pp (archery/canoeing)
  • Hired Permit Holder's fee if needed £15 per hour (forwarded by us to them)

    Booking cancellation / failure: £50 (or fee if lower)
    (forfeit paid if cancelled with less than four weeks to go or the site is trashed)
